Purpose of Christ

Savior Is Born

But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. - Luke 2:10

And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior." - Luke 1:46-47

I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry. - John 6:35

God’s love doesn’t run out

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. - Romans 5:8

God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship. - Galatians 4:4-5

I am the resurrection and the life. - John 11:25

The Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. - Isaiah 7:14

He humbled himself by becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross! - Philippians 2:8
