"Myths about anxiety. (1) You can just decide to stop worrying. (2) It means you don’t have faith. (3) Taking medication means you don’t trust God. (4) Truths: God cares about your anxiety. He cares about you. And He will work through counselors, medication, prayer, and faith to help you navigate the challenges of anxiety."

God is with you in the darkest moments.

How to be brave today. (1) Remember God has a unique mission for you. It won't look like others' missions, so you don't have to be like them. (2) God has already equipped you for that mission. (3) God is for you, so nobody can be against you. (4) Love covers a multitude of mistakes. Even if you mess up in your bravery, if you're doing it in love, people will sense that love and forgive you quickly.

Worry or Worship

5 verses for when you're dealing with anxiety. (1) For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. - Jeremiah 29:11 (2) So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
