Conflict is easy. Peace takes effort. We’re called to make peace.

Here’s what God has to say about what’s next for you… 1. "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." — Matthew 6:34 2. "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7 3. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." — Philippians 4:6 4. "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." — Deuteronomy 31:8 5. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you." — Jeremiah 29:11 6. You are not the first one to worry about tomorrow. But God has already been there. He goes with you.

Blessed are the peacemakers

Rest isn’t laziness. It’s obedience. 1. We live in a world that glorifies “busy”. The church isn’t immune to this. 2. But God rested on the seventh day. Not because He had to. But because He wanted to model it for us. 3. When we don’t stop to rest, we say: “Everything depends on me.” Or: “My worth is what I produce.” 4. Rest, on the other hand, is an act of trust. 5. Sabbath rest isn't just Netflix and a nap. It's intentional disconnection from striving. 6. Jesus told us to come to Him and He would give us rest. (Matthew 11:28)

Truly, I say to you, as you did to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me. - Matthew 25:40

How to handle a difficult boss, biblically…1. If you’re wanting fire to fall from heaven and consume them, this post won’t help. But if you want God’s way…2. Work for a different boss. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” - Colossians 3:233. Don’t match their vibe. “A gentle answer turns away wrath.” - Proverbs 15:14. Pray for them. “Pray for those who persecute you.” - Matthew 5:445. Set boundaries respectfully. Just look at the life of Daniel.6. Remember: Your worth isn’t determined by your boss’s opinion of you.

(1) God doesn’t need your money.(2) God wants your heart.(3) But Jesus tells us: “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:21)(4) Giving isn’t about the receiver. It’s about the giver’s heart. Your heart.(5) God wants your heart. And the way you use money steers your heart.(6) Steer it toward God.
