It's so important we make this mental shift as believers. We don't fight against flesh and blood. We fight against the powers of Hell that want to claim our friends, family, and coworkers as their own.
You can either be right in the meeting, or you can be a light in the meeting. One might get you satisfaction in the short-term, the other can change eternities.
