When we focus all our attention on meeting our own needs, we live small lives. But Jesus is telling us here that if we seek God first, those needs will be met. Even more, our lives have purpose.
Verse 34: "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Today has enough trouble of its own."
