We so often quote this verse as Jesus leaving the 99 to find the 1, but in context this verse is actually a challenge for you and me to go find the lost one.
Verse 13: "And if he finds it, truly I tell you, he rejoices more over that one sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray."
