How do I find the right design?

Use the search bar and the filters together. You can narrow by topic, season, scripture, design style, color, and more. It even understands Bible references, so searching John 3:16 pulls up designs for that exact verse.

My download has a watermark. Why?

Those watermarked previews are what everyone sees before buying. Once you're signed in with an active plan (or you've bought that item on its own), you'll get the clean file instead. So the quick fix is almost always to make sure you're logged in.

What file formats do I get?

Most graphics come as high-quality JPGs, and Editable adds the layered Photoshop (PSD) files. Some products include extras like PNGs or a Canva link, and design bundles download as a zip. Each product page shows exactly what's inside before you download.

Do I need Photoshop?

For full control, yes, since the editable files are Photoshop (PSD) documents. That said, you don't always need it. Where a product includes a Canva version, you can customize it right in Canva with no Photoshop at all.

What are SZN Kits?

SZN Kits are seasonal bundles of matching graphics, like Christmas, Easter, or summer. Everything in a kit is designed to work together, so your whole season looks intentional. They're shared from the English library (even for Spanish members), and Editable lets you customize them.

Do you have sermon series and screen graphics?

Yes, and they come as full sets. A sermon series includes social graphics plus the widescreen versions for your slides and screens, so Sunday morning and your feed match. Browse them under Sermon Series.

What is Sunday Social?

You get ready-to-use and editable graphics, sermon series and seasonal (SZN) kits, stock photos, an exclusive sound library, short video assets, and courses. There's also a built-in scheduler and a daily suggested calendar, so you're never staring at a blank page wondering what to post.

Is everything available in Spanish?

Almost everything, yes. The full library and all the tools work in Spanish. Two things are English-only right now: Shorts (short-form video) and SZN Kits. You still get the kits as a Spanish member, they're just shared from the English side rather than translated.

Do I need an account to look around?

Nope. Browse and preview every design and try out the tools without signing up. You only need a plan (or a single à la carte purchase) when you want to download the clean, watermark-free files.

What plans do you offer?

Two subscription tiers. Ready-to-Use gives you finished JPG graphics you can post as-is. Editable gives you the Photoshop (PSD) files so you can customize everything, and it includes all of Ready-to-Use. Both bill monthly or yearly, and there's an optional Shorts add-on for video. What's the difference between Ready-to-Use and Editable?

Ready-to-Use is done for you. You download a finished graphic and post it. Editable hands you the layered Photoshop files, so you can swap the text, colors, and photos to fit your church. If you go Editable, you also get everything in Ready-to-Use.

Should I pay monthly or yearly?

Either works, so go with whatever fits your budget. Paying yearly costs less over the year than paying month to month, so it's the better deal if you plan to stick around. You can switch billing cycles later from your account.

Can I buy just one design without subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A lot of products can be bought on their own. That one-time purchase unlocks all of that product's files, including the editable version, and no subscription is required. It's yours to keep.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. There's no long-term contract. Cancel or change your plan whenever you want from your account, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Will my price ever go up?

As long as you stay subscribed, your price is locked in. Even if our pricing changes for new members later, you keep the rate you signed up at. Longtime members from the old site kept their original pricing too.

What about refunds or a billing issue?

If something looks off with a charge, reach out and we'll take care of it. We handle billing questions case by case, so just tell us what happened on the Contact page and we'll make it right. Remember you can also cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for.

Is Shorts available in Spanish?

Not yet. Shorts (short-form video) is English-only for now, so it isn't part of the Spanish plans. If that changes, we'll let members know.
