1. Anxiety convinces you that worrying is the same as protecting yourself.
2. So you replay every worst-case scenario, believing that if you just think about it enough, you can keep it from happening.
3. But worry has never once changed an outcome. It only steals the peace you have right now.
4. God doesn't ask you to predict the future. He asks you to trust the One who already holds it.
5. You can't control what tomorrow brings. But you can release your grip today and rest in the One who never loses His.

Here’s what God has to say about what’s next for you… 1. "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." — Matthew 6:34 2. "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7 3. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." — Philippians 4:6 4. "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." — Deuteronomy 31:8 5. "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you." — Jeremiah 29:11 6. You are not the first one to worry about tomorrow. But God has already been there. He goes with you.
