If your mind won’t slow down today… 1. You don’t have to solve everything right now.  2. “Be still, and know that I am God.” - Psalm 46:10  3. Release the conversations you keep replaying.  4. Let go of tomorrow’s worries. Today has enough grace for today.  5. “Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” -  1 Peter 5:7  6. God is not rushing you. His peace is not in a hurry.  7. “The peace of God…will guard your hearts and your minds.” - Philippians 4:7  8. You can rest your thoughts here. God is holding what you can’t.
